TipStars supports the creation, promotion, and appreciation of Art. We help Artists become Stars.

Art can be liked and Artists can be followed on the Gallery / Art Detail Screen. To like an Art simply select the Like (heart) image beneath the Art description. To follow an Artist select the Follow (person+) image beneath the Art description.

Funds can be deposited and withdrawn through the Wallet screen in the TipStars app. We use the Stripe system to manage the actual transfer of funds from your bank account or credit card into TipStars. Stripe is leading payment processing company with the latest privacy protection available, to ensure your financial information is protected. To add money to your TipStars Wallet, select the “Deposit funds into TipStars” button on the Wallet screen. To withdraw money simply select the “Withdraw funds from TipStars” button. Users are responsible for all fees related to transferring funds in and out of the TipStars App. TipStars only retains 15% of Tips generated on TipStars to help offset the costs of providing the service.

All Art can be experienced the first time without providing a Tip. But, a Tip must be provided in order to experience the Art again. Tipped Art will advance to your “Tipped” screen for future enjoyment.

Tip Art by simply selecting the Tip button from the Gallery / Art Detail screen. Tipping provides valuable funding and information to the Artists. Please provide helpful comments to the Artists when Tipping. This information helps Artists improve their Talent.

Copyright violations are serious offenses. We intend to do all we can to protect the Artists’ ownership interests in intellectual property contained in their work. Suspected copyright violations should be reported by selecting the three dots on the lefthand side of the Art image on the Gallery / Art Detail screen. All fields must be completed and proof of ownership must be attached at time of reporting, so the matter can be properly investigated and resolved in a timely manner.

Sharing Art on TipStars is easy and highly encouraged. Sharing Art helps to encourage others to also enjoy the Art. Art can be shared from the Gallery / Art Detail screen. Simply select the share image beneath the Art description and follow the directions provided.

TipStars is a service connecting Artists with people who enjoy Art. Our goals include helping Artists make money from their Art and gaining important customer feedback so they can improve their Art, and make more money. When our service is successful, TipStars receives a small percentage of Tips generated. This places TipStars in the same position as our Artists. We win together. TipStars only deducts their share at the time funds are withdrawn from the TipStars application. So, as Tips are moved around within the TipStars application, no fee is taken. Users are responsible for all processing fees charged to transfer funds into and out of the TipStars application.
